1. This scholarship is offered by R.O.C. (Taiwan) government (MOE, MOFA, NSC & MOEA) and provides for international students studying Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. program in Taiwan.

• Bachelor: NT$ 25,000‐30,000 per month
• Master: NT$ 30,000 per month

1. This scholarship is offered by Taiwan ICDF and provides to students who study the certain programs.

2. How to apply: The application has to pass through Taiwan Embassies in allied countries. Taiwan Embassies screen qualification of applicants first, and send qualified applicants to the universities participating in Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (TICA), in consultation with Taiwan ICDF. NCKU has opened “International Graduate Program of Civil Engineering and Management (ICEM)＂for the ICDF Scholarship.

• 20% receive full subsidies toward school tuition fees
